Large potatoes: 2 pcs
Olive oil: 2 spoons
Mustard powder: half a tablespoon

To cook this vegetable burger, you must first boil the potatoes and put them on the heat until they boil well. After the potatoes are cooked well, peel them and mash them.
Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and add half a spoon of mustard powder. Add 10 fresh curry leaves and fry well.
Chop 3 cloves of garlic and 1 hot pepper into small pieces and add them to the pan along with two full spoons of ginger. Then chop the cilantro and add it to the pan. Finally, add ¼ tablespoon of turmeric and salt and fry well.
Combine mashed potatoes with this mixture and fry well on low heat.
Add 1 spoon of lemon juice to this mixture and mix well.
In a separate container, add ¾ glass of bread flour, 1 spoon of rice flour, half a glass of water and turmeric, red pepper, salt, baking soda in the amount of ¼ spoon of each and mix well until you get a thick paste.
At this stage, shape the potatoes to the size of tennis balls and dip them in the homemade batter.
Finally, fry the potatoes in oil. So that the oil in the dish covers the potatoes well. After it turns golden, remove it from the oil.
You can use cherry tomatoes, pepper and fried coriander to serve it.
