Avocado fruit entered Iran in the 1940s, but due to the fact that they were cultivated in unfavorable conditions, this project failed. After examining the existing conditions and through trial and error, we achieved acceptable results in the early 1960s and started planting avocados in Chilk, located in the north of Iran.
1999 - Avocado seedling fruiting time
Avocado can be grown in tropical and subtropical regions. After simulating the conditions of avocado cultivation in the field, we achieved significant results. The durability of an avocado tree in Iran is between 10 and 25 years depending on the right conditions, and after 7 years the tree starts bearing fruit. It takes 6 to 12 months from the time of formation to the ripening of the fruit.
2004 - How to store avocado
In order to check the storage conditions of avocado fruit, we checked them in a certain period of time. Avocado fruit stays fresh for up to 6 months in frozen conditions and retains all its natural properties. The best way to store it is puree and freeze.
2010 - Sell Avocado
Avocado sales began in 2010 After checking the quality of the products, the sales team proceeded to sell the fruit and send it to different places.
2015 - Avocado storage
Since the general public was not fully aware of the avocado fruit, we decided to produce a product to achieve the two goals of getting familiar with avocado and benefiting from its properties.
2018 - Construction and start of factory
This year, after a lot of research, we succeeded in producing sauces based on the special and nutritious fruit of avocado. By attracting expert women, we succeeded in establishing the Filfil sauce brand.
2020 - factory
During this period, the factory was put into operation and various sauces based on natural avocado puree were produced. At first, two Filfil products "Italian sauce" and "Turkish Bieber sauce" were distributed at the same time.
