How to Make Grilled beef steak:
At first, Cut the broccoli florets with a knife and wash well with cold water.
Heat a pan, then grease the bottom of the pan with 2 spoons of butter and broccoli, mushrooms and parsley to it. after 5 minutes, we add cherry tomatoes to this mixture.
Cut the onion into slices, then pour olive oil into a hot pan and fry the onio. If after a few minutes you feel that the onions are dry and burning, add some water. when the onions become slightly caramelized, add cream, salt and pepper and fry until this mixture thickens.
Pour salt and pepper and a small amount of olive oil on both sides of the steak. Then add oil to the pan and fry the steaks. two sprigs of rosemary can be used to flavor the steak, so that the sprigs of rosemary are brushed over the steak as it cooks to creat a nice rosemary flavor. to cook the meat and not burn theb steak, turn the steak every 2 minutes.
after cooking the steak, we cut them.
To arrange the steak dish, first we spread the mixure of caramelized onions and cream on the surface of the dish and size of the steak. Then we arrange the steak slices and at the end we prepare broccoli, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes and parsley as decoration for serving.
to serve this dessert, you can use garlic&onion , burger spicy, italian, turkish biber filfil sauce.
