In another container, mix an egg well until it is uniform, then add it to the chicken mixture and mix well; Then put it at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate and get a good taste.
Place the pan on medium heat for 2 minutes and let the oil heat well. Then put the chickens in the oil, the less the better. Chickens should be fried at medium temperature for 3-4 minutes. Stir them well while frying. After the chickens are golden, remove them from the oil.
Pour a spoonful of oil in a pan, add 1 spoonful of minced garlic to it. Cut the hot green pepper in half and add it to the pan. Add 2 dried hot red peppers to the pan. Add 10 curry leaves to the pan. Add 2 spoons of pepper Turkish sauce to the pan and fry well. Pour ¼ cup of water into the pan. After 1 minute, add the chickens to the pan and fry well.
After frying for 4 minutes, the food is ready to serve.
