ingredients:
500 grams of salmon
12 cherry tomatoes
80 grams of butter

First, cut the width of the salmon meat into 4 equal rectangular parts. Thinly slice the salmon skin from the meat with a sharp knife. Pour 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper on all parts of the salmon; Then turn the fish over and repeat the same step.
Place a pan on high heat for one minute until it is well heated. Put 40 grams of butter in it until it melts. To prevent the butter from burning, pour 1 spoon of liquid oil into the pan. Then put the fish in the pan. Turn the fish every 3 minutes until both sides are golden. After the fish is cooked, put them in a dish.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and then chop 2 cloves of garlic into gems.
Pour 40 grams of butter and 1 spoon of oil into another pan. Add the spinach leaves to the pan and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the dried onion, garlic and cherry tomatoes to the pan and heat for 4 minutes. At this stage, add Sarshir to it. Stir well and fry. After 1 minute, add grated cheese to it. Again, after 1 minute, add 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese to the pan. Meanwhile, put the salmon in the pan and put it on a low heat for 10 minutes.
When serving salmon, you can use a variety of filfil sauces.
