ingredients:
1 medium tomato
1 medium bell pepper
4 spring onions
Parsley 60 grams
Spinach lettuce / cabbage 1.4
1 lemon
2 spoons of olive oil
1 onion
Minced meat 300 grams
Garlic 1 clove
Red pepper, salt and spices as needed
Coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
Red beans 100 grams
Corn 100 grams
Filfil tomato sauce
Filfil mayocado sauce
3 tortillas
Mozzarella cheese 150 grams

First, cut the tomato and bell pepper into small pieces. Then chop the scallions and a clove of garlic into rings. Use chopped parsley to make this combination tasty. Then add the required amount of salt and black pepper. Finally, pour fresh lemon and some olive oil on this mixture and mix well.
If you like, you can use lettuce or cabbage for sandwich ingredients. Wash it well and cut it thinly without removing the fins.
Heat a pan and pour oil in it after a minute. Cut the onions into thick rings and then fry them. At the same time, put the minced meat in it and fry it well. Add the desired amount of red pepper, salt, coriander seeds and curry spices to it. Add half-cooked corn and red beans to the pan. Add 2 spoons of filfil tomato sauce to it and fry the ingredients in the pan well. After 15 to 20 minutes, these ingredients are cooked well.
Dip one side of the tortilla bread in mayocado sauce. First, pour the mixture of meat and onion and then the mixture of tomato and bell pepper on the bread. Then pour the lettuce or cabbage on it and pour the desired amount of grated mozzarella cheese on it.
Finally, fold the bread from the top and bottom and wrap the bread from the right side.
Put this mixture in the sandwich maker for 3 minutes and drink it at the end.
