Broccoli Gratin

ingredients:
1 medium broccoli
2 tablespoons of butter
1 spoon of liquid oil
4 spoons of flour
100 grams of cream
Salt and pepper as needed

First, remove the broccoli florets and chop the stems. Then wash them well and boil them in water for 3 to 5 minutes until they are slightly crispy. Then drain the broccoli and let it come to room temperature.
Put 2 spoons of butter and 1 spoon of oil in a hot pan. After the butter melts, pour the flour into the pan and fry well until golden. Then add milk to it. After this mixture hardens and forms a little, add the cream to it. To make it tastier, you can use dried vegetable powder, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture into an ovenproof dish and arrange the broccoli on it. Place in the oven at 250 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes.

To serve this dish, you can use mayocado sauce and Italian recipe Filfil sauce.
